1. Workplace Ethics & Professionalism

• Employees must conduct themselves with integrity, honesty, and respect towards colleagues and clients.
• Any form of **harassment, discrimination, or misconduct** is strictly prohibited.
• Professional behavior must be maintained at all times, including during **interactions with passengers and vendors**.

2. Zero-Tolerance for Harassment

Rupino Royals has a **zero-tolerance policy for harassment**, including but not limited to:

• Unwelcome verbal, physical, or written conduct of a sexual nature.
• Offensive jokes, inappropriate gestures, or comments.
• Displaying offensive materials (including online and offline).
• Inappropriate advances or coercion in any form.

3. Confidentiality & Complaint Redressal

• Any employee facing harassment can file a complaint confidentially through HR.
• The company will ensure a **fair and unbiased investigation**.
• All complaints will be handled with **utmost confidentiality**.

4. Reporting & Protection Against Retaliation

• Employees are encouraged to report any misconduct **without fear of retaliation**.
• Any form of intimidation or retaliation against complainants will result in **strict disciplinary action**.

5. Disciplinary Actions

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Verbal or written warnings.
• Suspension or termination of employment.
• Legal action, if necessary.

Terms & Conditions

By booking a flight with Rupino Royals, passengers agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Flight Bookings & Cancellations

• All flight bookings must be confirmed with full payment in advance.
• If a flight is canceled **more than 48 hours** before departure, a **20% cancellation fee** applies.
• If canceled **within 24 to 48 hours**, a **50% cancellation fee** applies.
• If canceled **less than 24 hours** before departure, a **100% cancellation fee** applies.

2. Passenger Requirements

• Passengers must carry valid travel documents, including passport and visa.
• Failure to present valid documents may result in denied boarding, without a refund.
• Passengers must arrive at least **45 minutes before departure** for domestic flights and **60 minutes before departure** for international flights.

3. Baggage Policy

• Each passenger is allowed **50kg of baggage** for international flights and **20kg for infants**.
• Hand baggage must not exceed **55cm x 35cm x 25cm**.
• Restricted items include:
  • Weapons, ammunition, and sharp objects
  • Explosives, flammable liquids, and compressed gases
  • Radioactive and toxic substances

4. In-Flight Regulations

• Alcoholic beverages will **not** be served on board.
• Smoking, including **e-cigarettes**, is strictly **prohibited**.
• Photography and videography are **not permitted** while boarding or disembarking.

5. Flight Delays & Changes

• Flight schedules are subject to **ATC approvals, weather conditions, and security regulations**.
• In the event of **flight diversions** due to weather or operational issues, the additional costs will be charged to the client.
• If a flight is delayed beyond **5 hours** due to external factors, it may be considered a last-minute cancellation, and cancellation charges will apply.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

• Rupino Royals is **not responsible** for any loss, delay, or damage to baggage.
• In case of **death or injury**, liability is limited as per international aviation conventions.
• Flights may be canceled or rescheduled due to **natural disasters, war, government actions, or operational issues** beyond our control.

7. Security & Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers must **not leave baggage unattended** and should only travel with their own belongings.
• Valuable items such as **cash, jewelry, and passports** should be carried in hand baggage.
• Passengers must comply with **airport security regulations and airline staff instructions** at all times.

8. Modifications to Terms

Rupino Royals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
